If you don't know already - Google Earth is a free tool that allows you to have access to very current, high resolution satellite imagery. Google Earth allows you to zoom in, rotate, and mark points, areas and routes on the earth through an easy to use interface. We chose to use Google Earth to compile and distribute our data because everybody has free, easy access to this powerful tool.

We're making available access to our Google Earth based Interactive Mexico Mining Map for only $175 per year!

Here are some of the powerful features you'll have access to.

Referenced Target Commodity Project MarkersReferenced Target Commodity Markers

When we mark the location of mining and exploration projects we use a colored marker that represents the target minerals of the project. As you can see in the picture we also have a legend that is always visible at the bottom left hand corner. The legend gives you quick reference to the color's corresponding mineral. Of course, if you need the space or a clear view of the map without the legend, a click of the mouse on the legend's layer allows you to hide it.

With our colored markers an overview of any map area gives you a visual reference to the exploration and exploitation trends in the area.

One Click Access to Mining Project DataQuick Access to Project Data

Of course looking at pictures is great and fun but there's times when you need the real meat - with our data you'll have quick access to project information on our web site. Clicking the project icon on the map highlights the project entry in Google's menu on the right. Clicking the "MxMining Data" opens a browser window and loads that project's information page.

Since you'll be using the 100% freely available Google Earth you'll be able to easily add as much of your own content as you want outside of the Mexico Mining data structure that we provide you with.

Mexico's Protected AreasProtected Areas of Mexico

It doesn't matter if you're an investor or part of the mining and exploration community - you need to know the rules and challenges and that means being informed!

We've included the perimeters of the protected areas in our map of Mexico so you can see exactly who is up against what. Don't think the Mexican Conservationists think about "Area of Influence"? Think again because Environmental Conservation is a global trend and the knowledge and terms spread like fire.

Know what the players may be up against before putting down your money!

Railways in MexicoRailway Transportation Lines

If every mine were a gold mine transportation issues might not might be important. But when it comes to shipping zinc and lead concentrates bloated with silver you're going to want to know where the transportation is to get that concentrate processed. Nobody I know of has completed a hole to China to throw their iron ore down either - so getting it to the docks might just happen by rail.

We know there's a need to visualize the rail line in Mexico. The orange lines in the picture on the left mark rail locations. With fast and easy reference to rail line paths it's easy for you or your workers to visualize and devise a preliminary transportation plan.

Sea ports of MexicoSea Ports of Mexico

Not everything that's made in Mexico stays in Mexico. We've marked all the sea ports for you and have linked them to their Port Authority Web Sites - some of the web sites even have the pricing information for their services and storage.

Since all of this information is made available to you through a Network Link it's almost as if you're sitting right in front of our computers! When we update our database the changes we made are immediately reflected in your information. All the updates we make are available to you right away for a whole year!
